One way to eat healthy is to eat fruit and vegetables at every meal so we can have more calciuim and vitamins.You can also drink milk to make your bones strong and drnk water to keep yourself hidrated.Als, don't drink alot of soda and don't eat alot of candy since it is bad for you.Eating good, healthy food will give you the nutrition you need.Every day you should draink at least 1 or 2 bottles of water and fruit and vegetables at every meal.
